Highlands Ranch High School

Welcome to The Ranch Swim & Dive Team! Highlands Ranch High School is the proud host of this powerhouse co-op program, bringing together top student-athletes from across the area, including Highlands Ranch, Rock Canyon, ThunderRidge, and Mountain Vista. Combining individual grit in the lanes and on the diving boards with a unified team culture, our athletes train at the highest level to compete in the Continental League and at the CHSAA State Championships.

We take pride in our depth, our rigorous training, and the incredible multi-school brotherhood we’ve built. Look at what we’ve accomplished over the last few seasons:

• 5 Time League Champions – 2026, 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022
• Placed 3rd in the 5A CHSAA State Championships – 2026

Swim at Northridge Rec Center: M/W/F @ 7:30-9 PM

Dive at Littleton High School: M-F @ 4-6 PM
